About
Zahir is a 23 year-old Washington DC based multi-hyphenate artist, director, and musician. Growing up playing both the piano and trumpet, while also learning multiple percussion instruments, Zahir presented an early affinity for musicianship. He started his career as a visual director, using his hallmark visual recognition to direct commercials for RayBan, his first musical short film 'Unusual', and most recently, his first international campaign with LIDS and Rapper IDK. In June of 2022, Zahir began to bridge his directing craft and musical upbringing by executively curating and releasing ‘From a Potter’s Hands’, a musical compilation with artists such as Wakai, nelovesbias, Ezy and others.
