You Win Again Gravity

About

"Their transitions are slick, their sound effortless and intelligently littered with nuances and observations that culminate in creating something majestic." - Metal Noise You Win Again Gravity have once again pushed their unique sound forward with the release of new album, "Don't Leave Me Here, Pt.1". With a tightly-wound and meaningful story at its heart, it proves that modern progressive metal can be written without limits and cliché. Reviews of their 2023 album "Into the Dancing Blue" agree that the level of songwriting proficiency on show is at an extremely high level, while the evolution of their intelligent post-hardcore continues unbound. The band's first album "Anonymity" defined the band's sound, blending sonic elements from the likes of Deftones, Oceansize and The Contortionist into their own unique flavour of intelligent post-hardcore. A massive production job by Oz Craggs at Hidden Track Studios (Mallory Knox, Neck Deep, Feed the Rhino) helped the release earn high praise from reviewers & critics alike. After securing regular rotation on Scuzz TV's High Voltage Rock Show, Kerrang Radio's Alex Baker opted to make the band his featured act of the week before giving first single 'Grace & Focus' airplay across four consecutive weeks of his New Blood show. "You Win Again Gravity have created an addictive album, which is a master class in songwriting." - Indiependent
