Wesley Wiskar

About

Northern Brisbane-ite Wesley Wiskar has been a lot of things in his short time on this pale blue orb orbiting a star. He's been a pizza shop owner, uni student, local council work experience intern, amateur ultimate frisbee player, marketing assistant and more. He even had a brief stint as a water park supervisor where he watched people stack themselves boogie-boarding on a wave rider; ensuring the only thing hurt was their pride. Throughout all this, however, Wes always was and always will be a musician. Channelling the forces of folk that has preoccupied the cultural landscape since time immemorial, Wes’ sincere song-writing, vocal vulnerability, and bittersweet sound is something he believes is worth being out there for people to hear. Chuck a follow to keep up to date with new music and check out his social media in the links below if you are so inclined. :)
