Waiting For A World
Uncertain, Uncertain, Uncertain
About
“Waiting For A World” is the moniker of American composer, multi-instrumentalist, and music producer Zachary Amos. Born in Alaska, Zachary moved with his family to Pennsylvania and began pursuing an interest in music and theatre at a young age. He spent much of his early years developing his talents in front of a live audience, appearing in more than 200 professional and community theatre performances. In addition to sharing the stage with some of Philadelphia’s top regional theatre talent, Zachary has also worked behind the scenes - composing original scores and serving as Music Director for a children’s theatre company. At the age of 16, Zachary began working with Billboard-charting drummer and award-winning producer, Ron DiSilvestro. Seeking a dynamic voice to help breathe life into his original compositions, Zachary recruited friend and uniquely gifted vocalist/musician, Isabelle Gottfried, whom he met at a performing arts school in 7th grade. Isabelle’s extraordinary voice has been heard on a variety of stages across the US, including the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia (76ers NBA games) and the United Nations in NYC! The duo’s first collaboration entitled “Heart Strings” was recorded at Studio 4 in Conshohocken, PA and released in May 2023.
