Voyagiist
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
About
Just me, myself and my instruments. 1 of 1. Voyagiist is a neo-psychedelic solo project based in Toronto, weaving lush textures, surreal lyrics, and melodic experimentation into a dream-drenched soundscape. Rooted in the spirit of classic psychedelia and propelled by a modern DIY ethos, Voyagiist draws influence from artists like The Beatles, Tame Impala, and a broader lineage of mind-expanding music-makers. Each track is a kaleidoscopic journey—meditative, hypnotic, and emotionally rich—designed for the introspective traveler and late-night wanderer alike. Singles like 'Regrets/Daydream Music for the Visionaries' and 'All Day' reflect an evolving sonic world that blurs the line between nostalgia and now. Recognized by Exclaim!’s Eh! List four times as part of the Best New Canadian Music, Voyagiist has also received airplay on radio stations in Ottawa and Kingston, steadily building momentum as one of Canada’s rising psych acts.
