About
This Coast Bias is the indie/bedroom pop project of Clay Milford; a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In 2021, he garnered his first two sync placements on FreeForm's Good Trouble and The CW's 4400, a feature on Spotify's Fresh Finds playlist, as well as two appearances in LiveNation's “Ones to Watch” playlist. "'raining on sunday' is the kind of song that makes you feel like you're floating above the clouds watching the world pass by below. It's light and bright with an infectiously positive stance. The sunshine in the rain." -Click Roll Boom "His glowing new single 'alright' is a festival-ready anthem and the perfect escape for cold, dark nights." -Variance Magazine "His latest single 'still not ok' is a beautiful example of catchy pop meets compelling guitar rock, topped off with pleasantly powerful vocals." -Medium “Put this in your headphones as you walk through town and feel your feet get lighter. This Coast Bias is well versed in emotive relationship-inspired electronic pop but also shows his teeth in the realm of twee on ‘make you happy’ and brings a new earworm to the world.” -Spill Magazine You can also find some of Clay's work in the world of garage rock/blues with Ada Myriad.
