About
The Octobers are a folk duo from Bel Air, Maryland comprised of the married couple Gianni and Laina. They have been writing songs together since they bonded in high school over a mutual love of music. Their authentic and clever style draws on influences ranging from traditional American folk to 80's pop, and has landed them performances with the likes of The Arcadian Wild, The Riverside, Dawson Hollow, and Arbour Season. They currently live with their dog (child) Daisy in a 30 foot pull-behind camper in which they travel the country.
