The Grey
Cambridge, England, United Kingdom
About
Instrumental three piece, signed to Majestic Mountain Records. “Cambridge post-metallers The Grey make (largely instrumental) music that weighs down like few others - marrying the pummelling feel of a band like Neurosis or Karma To Burn, to big themes with striking nuance and colour. It’s truly awesome.” Kerrang The Grey have had the pleasure of sharing stages across the UK & Europe with such heavyweights as Will Haven, Lonely the Brave, Glassing, Boss Keloid, OHHMS, Palm Reader, Conjurer, Tuskar & Hundred Year Old Man. The new album ‘KODOK’ is out now on Majestic Mountain Records. Recorded, Engineered & Mixed by Matty Moon (Lonely The Brave, Half-Ton) & Mastered by Dick Beetham at 360 Mastering (Enter Shikari, Drenge, Lower Than Atlantis, Sikth). “Well-balanced between atmospherics and satisfyingly meaty riffs, The Grey are a distinctive and pleasing proposition” Steve Moore - Drums Andy Price - Bass Charlie Gration - Guitars thegrey2.bandcamp.com facebook.com/TheGreyUK
