About
The Dracu-Las are a harmony-driven rock n roll outfit with surf, power pop, garage, and 60’s girl group influences. Presenting a sound that is fiery as much as it is vulnerable, the four-piece turned heads with their debut EP, Fever Dream, released in December 2022 on cassette via State Champion Records. They followed up with their first 7” titled Fall Asleep When I’m Dead, released in 2024 on Power Trash Records. Fall Asleep When I’m Dead reviews: “Summer dance party required listening.” - Razorcake “The Dracu-Las take shimmering surf rock and tie a goth cape around the riffs... like if the Mamas and the Papas wanted to be Bauhaus.” - PunkNews Fever Dream reviews: “One of the most refreshingly original albums to fly across the radar here” - New York Music Daily A “modern-day surf punk lo-fi masterclass” with “DNA linked to the era when The B-52s, Talking Heads, X-Ray Spex, and the like were tearing up dingy barrooms.” - Global Texan Chronicles
