The Debtors
Lafayette, Louisiana, United States
About
The Debtors cash out on Southern charm and flair. The boys have blessed us with another treasure trove of tunes with their latest album Everyone Is Alright, released in March 2024. In a world truly on fire, The Debtors provide refuge from the noise through dreamy riffs and meandering narrative. These musicians are storytellers by nature and by right, and they are here to remind us that all we can do amongst the chaos and confusion is sway. This album will have you reminiscing about a life yet lived, places yet visited, and lovers yet met. Hailing from Lafayette, Louisiana, this close-knit quintet jumps from beachy to waltzy while remaining true to their indie-rock roots. Their lyrics are current yet nostalgic, intermingled with bouncy rhythm, twinkly strings, and sultry undertones.
