About
Te:ka – Dream Pop with Depth Te:ka creates atmospheric dream pop that feels like a David Lynch film in musical form: mysterious, melancholic, and intense. With her distinctive voice, hypnotic melodies, and lush soundscapes, the Hamburg-based artist tells stories of courage, healing, and the power of turning dreams into reality – no matter how late it may seem. After years as a dancer, club owner, and dreamer, she’s stepping into the spotlight – honest, vulnerable, and strong. Her songs are soundtracks for those who crave emotional depth, authenticity, and new beginnings. Together with producer Ron Henseler (known for his work with Die Goldenen Zitronen, among others), she crafts a sonic universe that blends light and darkness – most recently in her fourth single “Night Nurse” – a darkly sensual soundscape exploring desire, power, and female self-empowerment beyond romantic clichés. Te:ka isn’t just a pop act – she’s a movement. For everyone brave enough to finally begin.
