Take The Name

About

Take The Name is a bold and fresh new voice in modern hard rock and metalcore originating from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. They’re a band where emotion meets intensity, and melody collides with raw power. Founded by Tyler Kern, Nick Metz, and Keith Gensure, the band has recently welcomed guitarist Nor Omar, whose creative vision and dynamic presence have further refined and elevated their sound. Take The Name has crafted a sound that is as unrelenting as it is evocative. Their music combines thunderous riffs, driving percussion, and anthemic, impassioned vocals woven into songs that speak to struggle, resilience, and self-discovery. With top-tier production and an uncompromising artistic vision, their music bridges the gap between chaos and clarity, delivering an experience that’s both visceral and deeply human. At its core, Take The Name is more than a band. It’s a voice for those caught between pain and perseverance, a soundtrack for those still fighting to find their place. Each performance is a visceral experience; each track, a cathartic narrative forged in authenticity. By bridging the raw power of metalcore with the widescreen ambition of hard rock, Take The Name crafts music that not only commands attention, but leaves a lasting impact.
