Sun Drift

About
Thoughtful pop from my bedroom, to the world, via Bingo Records. Sun Drift is the solo project of Zac Barfoot, longtime Bingo Records collaborator and member and producer of various bands including Mr Ben & the Bens. Returning after a stint focusing on the aforementioned other projects, Sun Drift's music combines the laid-back surf-infused summery sounds with a dazed, folky leaning. Acoustic guitars, relaxed vocals and intertwining electric guitar melodies form the backbone of Zac's classic songwriting approach, with wonky synths and unusual percussion choices adding a unique flavour to the music.
