Sof is a 21-year-old artist who blends raw emotion with dreamy, haunting melodies✧.* An advocate for mental health awareness and self-acceptance, she channels personal experiences into her music, creating a space where misfits and outcasts can feel seen. Born and raised in Cyprus with UK roots, Sof has always been drawn to music, but it was her battle with mental health that led her to start writing. In 2024, she was diagnosed as autistic—a revelation that helped her understand herself on a deeper level. Now, she pours everything she feels into her music, whether it’s frustration, anger, sadness, or joy. Whether lost in a melancholic ballad or a soaring anthem of resilience, her music tells a story—one that invites listeners to embrace every part of themselves☆
