Sickenough

About

Sickenough is a Copenhagen-based band founded by Stefan Olsen and Andy Aagaard, whose long-standing friendship and musical partnership form the core of the project. Aske Sylvester and Jonathan Lange later joined the band, bringing with them their own long history of friendship and years of musical experience. Each member has explored a wide range of genres over the years, resulting in a rich and varied blend of sounds and lyrics—a sonic and lyrical amalgamation that draws from progressive, modern, and traditional elements of metal. Because of this, Sickenough doesn’t easily fit into a single genre. Their music is best described as alternative metal that tackles life’s taboos with a touch of ironic distance.
