Shivering Demons
Austin, Texas, United States
About
TLDR: Austin’s Public Nuisance///Alternative Rock and Punk///Damage Control is new and kicks ass People who read: "Shivering Demons is a high-energy alternative rock band known for their wild, electrifying live performances. The project began in Massachusetts, where founder Mike Plummer wrote and recorded their debut album, As Darkness Fades to Light. After relocating to Austin, Texas, Mike assembled a full band to deliver their signature blend of groovy punk, grunge, and alternative rock. Their latest single, Damage Control, is a messy, sexy alternative rock anthem about vulnerability. Its dynamic verses explore the poison of being closed off, building into a visceral, anthemic chorus about letting go. Produced by Chris "Frenchie" Smith (Toadies, Jet), the track features introspective lyrics, a ferocious guitar solo, an unconventional structure, and a hook that sticks. Damage Control is a perfect snapshot of Shivering Demons’ raw intensity and ability to fuse introspection with high-octane energy. " -Baron O'Beefdip (The Cul-de-sac)
