Some moments change everything. For me, it happened in the silence of a goodbye. That farewell felt like a revelation. From that moment on, making music wasn’t just something I wanted. It became something I needed deeply, instinctively. I’m Romain Alix, a 27-year-old indie folk singer-songwriter from Toulouse. I try to hold onto the moments that shape us. Memories from the past, dreams of a future that’s still blurry, maybe even a little romanticized ✨ My debut EP, Please Play These Songs at My Funeral, is made of songs written like little fragments of life. Every word and every note carries a piece of me. For those who are still here, and those who’ve moved on.
