About
Psych Ward Disco is a punk band from New Hampshire, with a style called Manic Slutty Thrashcore - a fusion of punk and metal. Band members include frontwoman and bassist Amelia Tarling (Amelio), guitarist Spenser Cattin, and drummer Owen Dube. The band was born out of a shared love for playing fast, loud, and unapologetically wild. Amelio had already laid the foundation in 2020, writing the band’s first song "Not Destroyed" as a solo project, but when they got together, the group exploded into a full punk rock force and played their first show in 2023. That same year, they released their DIY recording "Not Destroyed" as their first single. Their debut EP "Punk Rx" was released in April 2025 - recorded by themselves and produced by Amelio.
