Pornstar Supercar
Brisbane, QLD, Australia
About
Hailing from Meanjin/Brisbane, Pornstar Supercar are a raw, emotionally charged force in Australia’s alternative rock scene. Fusing ‘90s grunge nostalgia with the urgency of modern alt-punk, their sound nods to icons like The Smashing Pumpkins and Militarie Gun, while carving out a lane entirely their own. After making a bold entrance with their debut single Lemonade in early 2024, the band followed up in 2025 with Overdrive a gritty, high-octane anthem produced by Brock Weston (Beddy Rays, Bugs, Bad Neighbour). The track cemented Pornstar Supercar as a band not just to watch, but to feel delivering cathartic hooks, dynamic riffs, and pure emotional release. Now, with their upcoming single Flicker (dropping 04/09/2025), the band returns with sharpened edges and soaring harmonies. Once again teaming up with Brock Weston, Flicker captures everything Pornstar Supercar do best: unfiltered feelings, punchy riffs, and a sprinkle of love. From Brisbane stages to growing national buzz, Pornstar Supercar are building something loud, heartfelt, and impossible to ignore. All Socials: https://linktr.ee/pstarsupercar
