Penner

About

Penner is a sister duo who compose and vocally harmonize together as a team. In this sophomore project, we hear a departure from Penner's previous ethereal pop landscape and we follow along to a grittier, more punk-informed path. The chorus has gravel built into its vocals and the bridge is explicit this time around. Still even in this change in auditory aesthetic, Penner's guiding stars remain: honest, life-revealing lyrics and memorable melody hooks. If you enjoy Paramore, Olivia Rodrigo, and Taylor Swift, Penner's new single will fit right into your listening repertoire.
