A musician based in Kyoto, Taku Hayashi, known for his unique individuality, presents an obscure psychedelic project that includes Isayahh Wuddha, crafting dreamy funk with cassette tape MTR, and mess/age, a lo-fi hip-hop unit with a cheap aesthetic. While exploring different approaches under each alias, Hayashi's innovative sound and feeling have garnered high praise not only domestically but also internationally. Under the Isayahh Wuddha alias, he released a 12-inch record from London's garage label "WOT NOT" in May 2020, and under the mess/age alias, he released a 7-inch record from the prestigious US boogie-funk label "PPU" in March 2024. As OHHKI, he released his first album "E.C.H.O" on cassette tape in September 2022, receiving acclaim for his dub-wise performances at sporadic live events.
