About
Curious about Nocean's next album story? Listen to the latest single - Insight of Valeria! A music video is available on Youtube. Stockholm-based Nocean blends melodic metal with progressive elements, cinematic drama, and powerful live performances. Since their formation in 2014, the band has released three albums—one through a record label—and toured Europe multiple times, including performances at festivals like Sweden Rock Festival. With their own record and production company, Nocean has broken new ground with the concept album Aurora: The Weight of a Shadow, which was brought to life through a unique tour across 17 Swedish theater stages. There, the band merged gothic animation, custom-designed lighting, and live music into an immersive experience. As one of the most exciting underground acts in the Swedish metal scene, Nocean has built its audience outside the traditional circuit, performing on stages where the genre is rarely represented. Their latest singles, Break of Spell (2023), From the Shallows (2024) and Insight of Valeria (2025) continue to explore Nocean’s fictional fantasy world as the band now works toward their fourth album.
