Nesseria

About

Orleans' NESSERIA has been considered a major act in the French underground scene since the band’s inception in 2003, consistently perfecting it’s trademark blend of blackened metallic hardcore and atmospheric elements over 3 full-lengths and several splits. During its 15 years of existence, the band’s main focus has always been playing live, with massive touring all over the world from stinky vaults to major festivals. Nesseria’s lyrical themes are socially charged and marked by youths lived in isolated rural areas, but also by a strong will not to give in to the clichés of the various musical styles the band draws inspiration from. Commitment is of the utmost importance, and art is more of a way of life than a simple hobby or pastime… After a seven years hiatus, the band is ready to get in the trenches again, with a brand new line-up of experienced musicians but above all, deeply passionnate and conscious humans.
