My Everest, an English five-piece, combine heavy riffs, melodic hooks and an on-stage charisma unrivalled for a band this fresh. The South-East based band comprising -- vocalist Connor Sturt, guitarist Sam South, bassist Eddie Bennett, drummer Joe Corderoy and keys player James Pirot -- began writing together in 2018 and quickly gained a reputation for their formidable live shows. The band released their, debut, self titled EP during an excellent Sold Out show at 02 Academy in Islington in February 2020. They had planned a national tour to promote this record but COVID unfortunately put paid to that! The boys came back stronger with the "<a href="spotify:album:3uLPoyo5WedFH9rfCWr1eQ" data-name="Gold Streets EP">Gold Streets EP</a>" which the released during their Sold Out headline show at Camden Assembly - A seminal moment for the band. This EP took My Everest to the finals of The Isle of Wight Festival “New Blood” Competition in 2022. Beating out 5000 other entrants with Sold Out performances during the quarter final Final at Hoxton Underbelly, the semi final at Notting Hill Arts Club and lastly the Grand Final at Amersham Arms. An experience that lifted the band to another level. Make sure you get out and see them live - Expect White Denim, Rock & Roll, high energy and emotions.
