About
Miss Mary Rose is a second-hand rock band based in Towson, Maryland. The band got its start in the basement of their college dorm, eventually releasing their first single “Moonshine Misery,” on December 22, 2023. MMR consists of five members: A.J. “Sir Duke” DePaolis - bass player and vocalist, AJ was Baltimore County’s runner up for sexiest man of 2023 (he lost to a picture of himself). Ethan “Ethereal” McNeal - lead guitarist, vocalist, and music aficionado, he once made a salsa composition out of a jar of salsa and a composition notebook. Fin “The Piano Man” von Schilcher - keys player and vocalist, Fin holds the world record for most Lego mini figures ingested without emergency surgery. Isaac “With Feeling” Feny - rhythm guitar player, vocalist, and lyricist extraordinaire, Isaac once joked to a audience that the downfall to human civilization was a lack of applause. They didn’t get it. Owen “Abso” Black - MMR’s blessed drummer, Owen had no interest in drumming until he heard “Ain’t Got Rhythm” from Phineas and Ferb for the first time. “Pon cakes, get your hot fresh pon cakes!” -MMR, 2023
