Melbourne Fall
Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany
About
Melbourne Fall stand for contemporary alternative rock, characterized by thick guitar riffs, grooving drum parts and catchy vocals. More than ten years have passed since their formation in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. In the meantime, the five band members have spread out along the river Rhine throughout southwestern Germany. Their shared love of music has not faded and continues to unite them. Melbourne Fall incorporate elements from many rock and metal subgenres into their sound without losing their own distinctive style. They draw inspiration from decades of guitar riffs by bands like <a href="spotify:artist:7jy3rLJdDQY21OgRLCZ9sD" data-name="Foo Fighters">Foo Fighters</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:64tNsm6TnZe2zpcMVMOoHL" data-name="Alice In Chains">Alice In Chains</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2ye2Wgw4gimLv2eAKyk1NB" data-name="Metallica">Metallica</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:2d0hyoQ5ynDBnkvAbJKORj" data-name="Rage Against The Machine">Rage Against The Machine</a>, as well as striking melodies reminiscent of <a href="spotify:artist:4WjeQi9wm84lYTIWZ95QoM" data-name="Boston Manor">Boston Manor</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:1kNQXvepPjaPgUfeDAF2h6" data-name="You Me At Six">You Me At Six</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:0hp58JplihFjlLstUbKS0x" data-name="The Home Team">The Home Team</a>.
