Love & Lose is an alternative rock band from Regensburg, Germany, blending raw emotion with a modern alternative sound. Since their debut in 2024, the five-piece has steadily grown their audience with songs like “GUARDIAN” – featured on Spotify’s Rock Rotation – and “HUMAN X MACHINE”, a darker, post-hardcore-driven release. Inspired by artists like Holding Absence and Boston Manor, but with a voice of their own, Love & Lose crafts emotionally intense songs that sit somewhere between post-hardcore, atmospheric alt-rock, and touches of pop-punk. Their sound blends atmospheric alternative rock with dynamic contrasts, emotional melodies and a mix of heavy and melodic elements. On stage, the band delivers intense, high-energy performances defined by honesty, emotion and a strong connection with the audience. 2025 marks the next chapter – more refined, more fearless, and more emotionally charged than ever before.
