Livingroom

About

Livingroom’s mission statement has been the same ever since its members met in high school: create original music with an emphasis on quality songwriting. Founded in 2018 in the suburbs of Chicago, the band got their start playing events and small venues in their hometown. After releasing their debut EP Honeybee in 2020, the band solidified their sound with the writing of their first full-length studio album Don’t Shoot the Messenger! released in 2021 which has garnered over 150,000 streams. Their synthesis of musical genres lends itself to a uniquely catchy sound the band coined “grape pop.” Following the release of their new single "What's New With You?" the band turned their attention to live performance in the Chicago music scene.
