Recipient of the Curtis Mayfield Scholarship Award from the Songwriters Hall of Fame and BMI, Lester London is a recording artist, producer, and creative visionary from Germantown, Philadelphia. Known for fusing lyrical depth with cinematic production, his work spans music, visual art, and cultural leadership. He began DJing at age 10, produced his first song at 11—featuring his mother on the chorus—and taught himself piano by 12. While attending Lincoln and Pennsauken High Schools, he gained respect through rap battles across Philadelphia and New Jersey. After losing his father and manager at 19, his passion became purpose. From 2011 to 2017, Lester worked with Grammy-winning producer Jerry “Wonda” Duplessis, contributing to music with Joey Badass, Miguel, LL Cool J, and more. His work has been featured on ESPN, Netflix’s “Rhythm & Flow”, the NBA Lottery Draft, NFL platforms, and Super Bowl LIX. His 2018 campaign “No Creases” for Foot Locker sparked a viral TikTok trend, and 2023’s “Tunnel Vision” was highlighted by the Philadelphia Eagles and Apple Music’s NBA BASELINE playlist. He is founder of Bridgeport Productions and Not For Ordinary Girls, a creative brand in partnership with Luc Belaire, dedicated to impact, legacy, and global reach.
