About
Last Planet, a groovy, alt rock band from Oakland, CA, has a tidal wave of new music coming out in 2023, already having released 4 new singles this year. Last Planet, a rising band from Oakland, CA, is serving up their unique take on alt-rock–one song per month–throughout the rest of 2023. Formed in 2018 by two songwriting musicians who met while working at Guitar Center in San Francisco, Last Planet rapidly grew to a dynamic band of six, rocking Bay Area venues and releasing a debut EP, Petrichor. Their growing discography has alchemized their signature sound: soulful vocals over modern rock. Their charismatic live performance has generated an enthusiastic following, and the band is continually expanding to bigger venues and festivals around the west coast.
