Kiss It Make It Better
Boone, North Carolina, United States
About
Four-piece outfit from Boone, North Carolina, Kiss It Make It Better, blends a hazy atmospheric chemistry with heavy lyrical themes. Consisting of Julia Lynn (bass), Sam Haffey (guitar/keys), Brayden Benkiel-Robinson (guitar), and Brendan Martini (drums/guitar/vocals), the ensemble organically formed in a living room overlooking the cozy campus of Appalachian State University. Their sonic blend is illustrative of elements in shoegaze and other subgenres in indie rock; taking inspiration from My Bloody Valentine, King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard, Beach Fossils, and Car Seat Headrest. Kiss It Make It Better has made a name for themselves by playing shows notable for their high energy and audience engagement. The group has just released their debut EP “Purebliss”, with plans to perform and share beyond the Blue Ridge. Instagram: @kissitmakeitbetterband Twitter: @KIMIBofficial
