Kale

About

Kale is the continuous groove and force of nature. Formed in New Paltz, New York in 2022, the genre-blending indietronica jam trio didn’t waste any time getting to writing or playing shows. Living in a college town influenced the band’s musical and performance style. With their dancey rhythms, baroque and energetic melodies, and improvisational exploration, Kale’s songs encapsulate the feeling of a fun and exciting night out with friends into a tangible, musical form. Combining this sense of youthful joy with seasoned musicianship, bright, saturated light-shows, an ever-changing setlist, and an all around party-like atmosphere at their live shows, Kale became the soundtrack of many people’s college lives. With a focus on their concert experience, Kale has spent the last few years on the road, performing over 200 shows throughout the Northeast, constantly learning and improving with each show. They have no plans to stop touring the world and sharing their music with everyone who wants to let go for a few hours and have a fantastic night. They don’t know where the open road will take them, but they’ll keep bringing the party wherever they go. Kale consists of vocalist/keyboard/song-writer Brendan Bartow, vocalist/bass player Jack Salzman, and drummer Sam Kirschner.
