About
When Evan Patterson (Young Widows singer/songwriter) began JAYE JAYLE in 2014 it was by accident. Four albums later JAYE JAYLE has travelled the world sharing a minimalistic and meditative style of post-punk mixed with a droning blues repetition. Think Joy Division meets Spacemen 3 meets Smog with a touch of Evan’s Kentucky underground roots. If that doesn’t hit home, this music could possibly best be described as GOTHBLUES. Lean back and let the sounds and stories of JAYE JAYLE sink you in and sink you out.
