About
Jacob Fjeldheim is a Brooklyn-based singer / songwriter known for humble rock knocks, earworms, and general melancholia. He first garnered professional attention in 2016 after being commissioned to write the songs for Ultimate Storytime, Thomas Sanders' interactive concert experience. His writing and arrangements have been performed throughout the northeast US indie theatre community. Jacob grew up in Merritt Island, Florida, playing cello in another family’s family folk band. He’s since played in and lead several groups ranging from chamber music to pop to acid jazz. He’s backed by some of NYC’s loudest if not finest musicians, and currently plays keyboards for gotham americana band The Morning Sea.
