J Di Donato Band

About

J Di Donato is a Canadian blues rock artist who embodies authenticity and true musical talent. Influenced by iconic acts like The Beatles, Bon Jovi, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jeremy has developed a gritty yet soulful voice that perfectly complements his anthemic lyrics of non-conformity. In a world dominated by the assembly line of songwriting, J Di Donato Band remains devoted to the true act that is writing music, maintaining the soul and integrity of the art form. This is made evident by every instrument, melody and lyric written and recorded by Jeremy himself. Playing piano and guitar from an early age, it wasn't until attending the Kiss Farewell Tour in 2001, where Skid Row and Ted Nugent opened that Jeremy realized he wanted to be a lead guitar player. He began songwriting with his brother shortly after the concert, and hasn't looked back since. The intensity and creativity of Stevie Ray Vaughan is what truly resonated with Jeremy, and is the main reason he fell in love with the guitar. Vaughan's style, sound, and brand deeply influenced Jeremy's own music and guitar playing, and continues to inspire him to this day. With his debut album set to release on November 10th 2023, J Di Donato Band is making waves in the music industry by staying true to their artistic integrity. In a world where it often takes a team of songwriters to create a hit song, Jeremy's commitment to his own creative process is a breath of fresh air.
