Writing his first Raps at the age of 13, iLLijah Moon isn’t a stranger to creating music. Growing up he was highly influenced by the music around him and picked up a couple instruments before fully committing himself to writing and producing. He fell in love with the stage life once he performed for the very first time during the talent show his senior year. Once he began taking music to a more serious level, he decided to go to school for audio engineering. After finishing school, he had to take care of his family and work full time to make ends meet. He was met with adversity following the loss of several of his loved ones, including his father who was brutally taken from this world in his home country of Honduras. iLLijah transformed his feelings of darkness and loneliness into art. His adversity is what has driven him to become the artist and man that he is today. In 2017, iLLijah was on a mission to become a notable voice and presence not just on Sunset Blvd, but through the entirety of his community as well. In the summer of the year, iLLijah booked his first show in Los Angeles with his best friend Malik at the Club Los Globos. From there on they both continued doing multiple shows in LA, opening for acts such as the legend KRS-One and even the greats; U-God of the Wu Tang Clan, Mike Jones, Lil Debbie and Chief Keef. All of these accomplishments served as a looking glass into the future that iLLijah Moon had in store for both himself and his loyal fans.
