Hōō
Barcelona, CT, Spain
About
Having been around music her entire life, playing and singing for various bands, Barcelona native Laia Colás brings us her brand new solo project Hōō. With heartbreakingly delicate vocals, her music and lyrics are an emotional journey paying homage to 90s nostalgia but with a modern twist. Inspired by her surroundings, whether it be films, pictures, or moods, Hōō was born as a way of expressing her reaction to things around us. Waving effortlessly through ambient textures, an of sprinkle dream-pop synths, and improvised vocals, the first album 'Endeavour' is a cinematic experience with the listener left to create the movie in their own mind
