Grace

About

Grace is a four-piece indie/alternative rock band based in Northamptonshire, formed in 2015, through school. They play original music written mostly by lead singer/guitarist Jamie Broughton, and also singer/guitarist Josh Menon. Grace’s sound is a combination of various influences, notably Arctic Monkeys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana and The Kooks. The songs are driven by Nathan Robinson’s powerful drumming and the creative bass lines from James Virtue. After releasing their second EP, the band has been playing more and more and expanding their local fanbase. Grace have been gaining recognition for their distinctive, driving sound and their intense, high energy live presence. Their tight performances reflect the close friendships in the band as well as the ability of each individual musician. Jamie’s lyrics are well-crafted and thought-provoking, with a freshness that matches the originality of the music. They are all currently working on different musical projects in Brighton/London.
