About
Fimone is a queer singer-songwriter blending alt-country, blues-rock, Americana, and soul into raw, cinematic storytelling. Raised in rural Minnesota and based in Nashville, she writes songs for the haunted and the hopeful, queer love stories, survivor anthems, and confessions that crack open the heart. Her sophomore EP Fascination was recorded inside a historic New Orleans brothel and features original 1970s audio from the madam who once ran it, Norma Wallace. The project’s lead singles, “Will” and “The Guide,” received support from CMT, ACM, and CMA, with music videos featured on CMT Music, All Country Music, and WKRN Nashville. Fimone’s stripped-down ballad “Walls (for Norma)” debuted with powerful visuals and a haunting piano performance. With over a decade of experience, Fimone has toured across the U.S. and Europe, shared stages with major acts, and made her arena debut at Bridgestone Arena in 2024. Her self-directed video “Fire” won the Audience Award at Indie Memphis Film Festival. Described as having “uniquely countrified authenticity” by The Tennessean, Fimone draws comparisons to Brandi Carlile and Alabama Shakes but her voice, and her vision, are entirely her own. If you’ve ever loved hard, lost big, or believed your story deserved to be heard, this music is for you.
