Ezekiel Doo

About

Ezekiel Doo are an indie rock band based in the south of England. The complexity and diversity of their output suggests a range of influences across guitar-based experimental music, taking in the queasy virtuosity of Slint and Unwound, and the cultish marriage of dissonance and melody practised by the likes of V3 and the Gordons. Their initial releases were scuzzy but essentially melodic tracks, centred around bittersweet guitar lines and semi-decipherable lyrics. As their sound has developed, the approach has become more compositional.
