Evergreen Eyes is a songwriting duo of two best friends, Gina (The Melody) and Hope (The Pen), who met in Theology class in the Fall of 2023. Their first studio album “Just Between Us”was released in April of 2024 after months of self-recording and production on their college campus. Their second studio album “Letters from the Greenhouse” was released in December of 2024, along with three EP’s as ‘chapters’ of the story told within it. Their three latest projects include: an album of field recorded songs (“From the Coast”), an EP of garage recordings with Gina’s brother, Drew (drums) and dad, John (bass)(“From the Garage”), and a single called “The Haven” which was written over the holiday season and recorded in a living room with friends and family. The duo takes inspiration from Lizzy McAlpine, Noah Kahan, Brandi Carlile, Bruno Major, and Ben Rector. The music is personal and autobiographical, and yet touches upon many universal aspects of what it means to be human and the complexities of feeling things deeply.
