Dial Up
Calgary, Alberta, Canada
About
Dial Up is a prank call that's coming from inside the blender. Improvisational art punk meets no-wave in a 5-piece exquisite corpse featuring fast and furious drums, scratchy egg-punk guitar, wandering, funky bass lines, and a healthy helping of synthesizers, pedals, and electronic treats. Powered by collaborative play and a wide range of influences, Dial Up’s music is a bit like cooking a leftover surprise - it’s fast, intuitive, it has a lot of weird ingredients, but it feels surprisingly great going down
