Deltaphonic

About

At the crossroads of Southern rock, blues, funk and soul, Deltaphonic is the rare contemporary band that writes songs that are as good as the classics that inspire them. Time and adversity have transformed Deltaphonic from a loose crew of talented New Orleans musicians into a unified entity with an unrelenting drive to explore and improve their contribution to the sonic universe. Few emerging acts feature a line up as strikingly virtuosic, innovative, and spiritually aligned as Deltaphonic, especially in the realm of genres they inhabit. Each of the four members of the band make invaluable contributions– from the technical mastery of Paul Provosty’s guitar playing and production, to Logan Seller’s mesmerizingly understated slide guitar, the mood setting rhythmic and vocal stylings of drummer Trenton O’Neal, and the songwriting and musical ethos of leader Andrew T. Weekes, Deltaphonic is greater than the whole of its parts. Deltaphonic’s most recent single, Mississippi, came out on July 4th, 2025.
