About
definethehero is a hip-hop and R&B artist from Miami, FL. Combining introspection, storytelling, and social commentary, definethehero's constant want for self-discovery and empowerment subsequently results in critique of the world around him. This personal subject matter is excitingly laid over a cornucopia of both Hip-Hop's contemporary and antiquated production qualities including soulful sampling, heavy drums & 808s, and a combination of live and digital instrumentation. definethehero strives, above all else, to communicate the nuances of his experiences through his soundscape, carefully crafted lyrics, and the branding and visuals surrounding each project.
