Cryosys

About

Cryosys are a three-piece Hardrock- and Metal-band, hailing from the town of Duisburg, Germany. They consist of Phil Kohout (vocals & guitars), Niklas Trenaman (bass guitar) as well as Tobias Kanehl (drums). Their main focus lies on the traditional and modern subgenres of Metal and Hardrock. Due to the band's inherited escapism, they introduce elements from other genres into their mix as well. Thus, you will find them colliding Trance, Metalcore and Surf-Rock or infusing Classic Rock with traditional Japanese instruments. With their first output, „Mama, Are We Flying Home?“, written single-handedly by Phil Kohout and produced by Christoph Jordan, they laid the foundation for everything Cryosys are: Phil Kohout (vocals & guitars) Niklas Trenaman (bass guitar) Tobias Kanehl (drums)
