On past episodes: Don't stop playing guitar, Colman Gota´s fifth album is out since may 3rd. 4 years in the making working remotely with North Carolinian producer John Pfiffner, at times it seemed it would never be completed. 17 songs, not a filler, lots of musicians, hours and hours put into it and a lot of ground covered. An album made to last In the meantime lock down, war, the rise of artificial intelligence, It feels like the end of an era, but guitar pop is here to stay. Colman Gota is he name of the artist and former member of Insanity Wave with whom he recorded four studio albums along two decades. After the split up of the band Colman flew to the US in the summer of 2013 to record his first solo album with Mitch Easter (REM, Pavement, etc) at his “Fidelitorum Studios” located in Kernersville, NC, The album titled “Play to lose” was released in 2015 under the name of “Colman”.
