A VENTURE THROUGH THE WAVES OF ALTERNATIVE AND INDIE ROCK WITH A TOUCH OF AFRO AND SOUL MUSIC Clington eXperiment is one of the many facetas of Goncalo Clington, a natural born composer and vocalist, introduced to the guitar in the late 90's influenced by his parents that used to listen to the likes of Dire Straits, Pink Floyd, Beatles, Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, amongst others. Even though in Angola, his birth nation, he leaned towards more international styles, having as references bands like Nirvana, Guns N'Roses, U2, Coldplay, etc. In addition to Alternative and World Music, there was Bossanova and other forms of Jazz in parallel. During his musical ventures, he participated in Rap projects ("G8" and "Coletivo Jazzmática"), World Music ("Banda Reticências"), Alternative ("Aconteceu", "fuNdidos" and "Fulano de Tal e Um Bando de Trastes"), amongst other diversity of music styles. Gonçalo Clington Single) Clington eXperiment - Cru (EP) At the moment, Goncalo Clington presents himself with his band "Clington eXperiment", which counts with the presence of musicians like Claart Jazz (Drums), Ricardo Campos (Bass) and Andre Castaman on the Saxophone.
