***english below*** Donderende diesels, op volle kracht vooruit, dwars door een hevige storm op open zee. Vernoemd naar een gezonken zeilboot is de naam van de band Cirrus Minor (letterlijk vertaald kleine wolk) vrijwel het tegenovergestelde van de muziek die de drie uit Groningen en Arnhem afkomstige mannen maken. Verwacht stevige riffs, stomende ritmes en een stevige dosis fuzz. De band verzorgt een show die “staat als een huis” met “goed samenspel” en laat met de “diversiteit in nummers” horen dat zij hun inspiratie halen uit bands als Kyuss, Spidergawd, QOTSA, Foo Fighters en Masters of Reality. Rumbling engines, full steam ahead, straight through rough seas. Named after a sunken sailboat the band Cirrus Minor’s name (a small feathery cloud) is almost the complete opposite to the music the band makes. Thundering riffs, steamy drums and a whole lotta fuzz is to be expected! The band plays shows that are “steady as a rock” and “play together very well” and with the “diversity in the songs” the bands shows they are inspired by bands like Kyuss, Spidergawd, QOTSA, Foo Fighters and Masters of Reality.
