To quote Dwight Shrute, want me to give you the chills? Case Watson a Southern singer, songwriter, & producer. She draws from folk, jazz, rock, hip hop, and -most recently- synth pop. The blend creates bewitching "vibe music." Goosebumps are a frequent lovechild at her live shows. Case started at age 5 with school choirs, music classes, and piano lessons in her hometown of Birmingham, AL. She wrote her 1st song at 7, taught herself guitar at 12, and performed her songs live at 14, then left the South for New York. She traded choir for a cappella in college, teaching herself to arrange and beatbox (which you'll hear on her songs, "Clock Ticking," "Fine," and "Daddy"). After graduating, Case worked as an actor, playwright, comedian, and filmmaker before embracing her music career full-time. Upon release in 2019, the banshee immediately reached critical acclaim with established indie publications like Popdust, which promised, "Listen to the banshee just once, and we guarantee, Case Watson will 'fall you in love' with her music." Her song, "Clock Ticking," won recognition in her hometown's Magic City Songwriting Contest in 2020, and her music video, "Fine," made the Official Selection at the Caostica Festival in Bilbao, Spain in 2021.
