Break the Trend

About

Starting from their humble roots in North Bay Ontario, Break The Trend have been writing, recording, and playing shows for the better part of a decade. Having amassed many accolades such as radio play, playing festival slots, and being formerly signed; Break The Trend is hot on the heels of their newest single release "End This Madness" and are ready to make an even bigger dent in Canada’s music scene. For Break The Trend, having people to share their music with and having those people connect is a different kind of excitement; it’s like sharing a piece of your heart and soul to the world. Creating music on the other hand is more of a self-exploration. The bands chemistry itself is an inspiration to their sound as well as a respect for each other’s musical backgrounds and style. Their hunger for separating themselves from the current sound but respecting what has already been around for years is what they are striving to achieve. To put it into words so acutely said by Lucas: “There’s no more “Roll” to the “Rock” meaning there is no groove in modern rock music!” Break The Trend is all about creating a connection with their fans through their love of music. With unrivaled passion and attitude, none can compare to the dynamic range Break The Trend offers with their lyrics, reaching out to the souls of all who listen.
